PREGNANCY TESTS
The anticipation surrounding a potential pregnancy can bring all kinds of different feelings, from excitement and joy to uncertainty. Pregnancy tests serve as a reliable means of alleviating this uncertainty, providing a definitive answer within minutes.
This prompt confirmation can bring immense relief and clarity, allowing individuals to begin planning for the future with confidence. If you’ve had unprotected sex or missed your period, you may be wondering if you’re pregnant. Axia offers free, confidential, lab-quality pregnancy tests.
ULTRASOUNDS
The AXIA Center provides ultrasounds to patients who have had a positive pregnancy test at our office but have not yet seen an obstetrician. Early ultrasounds can confirm a pregnancy’s location, age (gestation), and viability. Our team will offer resources for obstetric providers, mental health support, and strategies for expectant mothers to thrive.
Ultrasound appointments are made during the pregnancy test appointment. Same-day ultrasounds may not always be available.
ABORTION PILL REVERSAL

LIMITED STI TESTING
Take control of your sexual health today! Our STI tests are completely FREE and confidential. A Registered Nurse will perform your limited STI test, and get your confidential test results back within a week of testing.
We know your health is important to you and we are here for all the support you need.

Great Expectations Birthing Classes
Great Expectations is a FREE birthing class for women in their last trimester of pregnancy. Women and their birthing partner will learn the stages of labor, comfort measures, position changes, how to push, and more.
Great Expectations meets on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00-1:00 at the AXIA Center.

BUILDING BLOCKS
Building Blocks is a “earn while you learn” program offered to pregnant women or those who have recently had a baby up to one year old. Building Blocks participants meet with a mentor twice monthly to learn about pregnancy, childbirth, infant care, feeding a baby, potty training, and many other topics to equip women to be confident mothers.
Building Blocks participants earn points each time they attend their Building Blocks appointment that can be redeemed for baby needs such as diapers, clothing, strollers, beds, and more.
Building Blocks offers both English and Spanish mentors. Child Care is provided for children ages 6 and under.

THE SHOP
Visit The Shop at the AXIA Center. Building Blocks participants use their earn-while-you-learn points to pick up some great items. Moms and dads earn points for going to doctor appointments, attending parenting classes, and meeting with one of our parenting mentors.
GirlTalk
Girl Talk meets on the 1st Sunday of the month, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, for moms with children of all ages gather to share a meal, hear a great speaker, and create relationships with women who are walking through the various stages of parenting.
Girl Talk participants earn points each time they attend the program, which can be redeemed in the Shop if they are not members of the Building Blocks program. Childcare provided for children ages 6 and under.
DadLife
If you’re a dad trying to figure out fatherhood and life at the same time, DadLife is for you.
This group offers connection, encouragement, and practical guidance. We meet on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM at The Axia Center—for real talk and solid tools to help you show up for your child and your future.
Spanish Building Blocks Group
Spanish Building Blocks is a learn-and-earn program that meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 at the AXIA Center. SBB is a group setting where women share a meal, hear great speakers, and are encouraged by other moms going through the same parenting stages.
Women are encouraged spiritually and emotionally as they meet together. Each participant earns points for attending Spanish Building Blocks that may be redeemed in the SHOP for needed baby items each week. Child Care is provided for children ages 6 and under.
We meet the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30-8:30 PM at The Axia Center.
